are you sure the motor's bad? Mine stopped working but it turned out to be a fusible link in the wiring harness that went bad. I couldn't (or didn;t bother) finding it, so I just direct wired from the battery to the relay switch and it's worked fine for 2 years. I assume you checked the motor by hooking it directly to 12V.
