Headlight Wiper Arms 850

Okay, I adjusted the headlight wiper arms, thanks for the info.
Unfortunately, it seems like the gears are stripped on the right side one. It was adjusted down and stuck in the groove to keep it from doing its thing, which is to move halfway up the headlight and quit! If I give it a push, it finishes the motion.
Has anyone replaced the mechanism on one of these? Is it worth it, or should I just resign myself to an unwiped headlight?
