i do this once a year so i can polish up for when showing.

Start at the base of the windscreen where the strip end. Pull up slowly until you have popped upto the roof. Now hold support that part, and you slowly again keep popping until you reach the end.

There is a rubber bit at the end, that as a double sides tape on it, but this over time looses its adhersion. The plastic clip move them one way, you will see and are then easy to remove.

Reserve procedure is the normal otherway round.
