I replaced the same side motor on my car. It was a tough job, but doable. I had to remove the headlight assy, the CPU box too. The tough thing is that the main wire conduit runs right through that area. It's really hard to get at. I had to gently rotate the conduit out of the way in order to back the motor out. It took me a few hours and a few breaks to keep my cool. But it was better than paying a volvo tech labor for a few hours' work. Saved me about $350.
