So then, you're here in the technical section of this forum to complain about poor service in your opinion from one dealership?
While I think it's unfortunate that perhaps you ran into a bad one, there are good and bad businesses at every corner, everywhere in this world from my own personal observations. One needs to look at the overall reputation of any place you do any serious business with these days.
Why didn't you buy a Volvo certified used car that has a Volvo factory extended warranty? Had you bought one of those cars at any dealership, you'ld be covered.
