HELP with 'Check engine light fix' recall notice S40-V40 2001

This was an official service bulletin, I receved a letter. It involves a software upgrade and possibly replacing the "check valve". I live in the San Francisco area. I don't know the extent of the service bulletin, i.e. whether it applies only to certain years (I have a 2000) or builds. It's possible your car isn't covered. What is your e-mail and I'll scan my letter for you. I don't want to pay for a fax to Holland.
