Do you think it could be your front rotors?
You said the rears wewe changed, but what about up front? Have the dealer(and I hope you got one you can trust, and that they at least know how to tell what time it is)check the fronts with a dial gauge for run out. If you do replace the fronts I would just stay OEM(pads also) unless you get into heavy driving or track use.
