Hi Robert,

If Carl's posting is correct and Volvo did not do the Recall on your S70 then you can get your money back for the switch. Law requires Volvo to do a recall regardless of time. Just keep the receipt and take the car back to the Dealer and ask if your car requires the recall if so then show the receipt to your service rep and request a refund. $40.00 is a Dinner for 2.
