I bought my Volvo OEM Timing Belt thru volvopart.com for about $32 dollars.

Certainly not expensive - especially considering the crucial role it plays.

FWIW - Make sure you get the right T-Belt. In 1995 there were apparently 2 variations of t-belts made depending on the engine number/date of manufacture.
