Flushing and bleeding the system will help far more than rubber hoses with a stainless braids around them. In fact I have noticed no difference in new stainless braided lines and new rubber lines. Well, the stainless look cool and make good conversation.

Use a turkey baster and remove as much old fluid from the reservoir so you don't push dirty fluid through the whole system.
