Hmm,

Perhaps Im much too demanding than the typical Volvo owner who knows. I have heard people talk about owning 5 Volvos and never having a problem out of any of them and I have experienced and seen other experiences that were completely different. I certainly hope that you never have to deal with the issues I have.

Its rather amusing however how "loyal" Volvo owners have no sympathy for other owners with major issues with the company. That Loyalty is so blinding that they cannot see anything other than how wonderful their car is. Perhaps you "just dont hear" those squeeks and rattles and dont notice the vinal material peeling from your door panels because you just got done reading how Wanda and her 12 kids walked away without a scratch when a tractor trailer ploughed into their v40 wagon in Volvo Life Magazine .

Sillyness aside. This message board is filled with "problems". Just read the subjects in the index. About 70% of them are about broken Volvo's or abnormalities that people want help with.
