After a while, you'll be able to diagnose all these little clunks just by listening to them. It's rather scary actually when you can hear the difference between a bearing plate/strut mount and an anti-roll bar linkage.
The best advice I can tell you short of actually hearing it myself is to begin with the linkages. They have by far the highest rate of failure.
As for the creaking, in the rear, it goes for the same as the front. Eventually, you can hear the difference between the rear anti-roll bar and the shock mounts. I would inspect the rear anti-roll bar and then start using some high quality silicone lubricant on certain sections at a time to localize the noise.
