I would agree with you but why the need to contact Volvo when you deal with a good Retailer. So, the priority would be to find a good Retailer (and there are quite a few) and you would never need to contact Volvo. If people looked (when buying a new or pre-owned car) for the BEST VALUE which does not mean pitting two or three or four Retailers against each other so they can save $400 to $500, but saw which Retailer combined a fair price along with an EXCELLENT service department, then there wouod be much less need to have Volvo involved. Unfortunately, a large amount of people are looking to "save" $200 when shopping and they end up buying from weak Retailers.
