I installed the poly bushing and I highly recommend AGAINST using a steak knife to remove the OE Rubber bushing. My OE bushing was shot when I purchased the car and since I just moved, I had to use that which was at hand, a wrench and a cutting instrument (steak knife) to remove it. After that install was easy and I haven't had any real issues. You won't really notice the vibrations if you listen to the stereo.
