CLEARING CODES IN MY 94 850 850 1994

My check engine light came on. I pulled the code 1-2-3. replaced the item.. code 1-2-3 is gone... code 3-2-5 surfaced.. read somewhere that it could be a glitch... unplugged the Mass air flow sensor to see if that code would appear.. code 1-2-1 did appear.... plugged back in the Mass air flow sensor.. check engine light will not go out... can not clear codes 3-2-5 or 1-2-1.. what can I do...
