Retractable antenna S70 1998

Mine often does this when cold. I turn off the radio and it tries
again and almost always works the 2nd time. Not a fix, but something
to look at (the mast is another common problem).

Lubricants can get it working but if they are sticky (most oil
based ones are or will be after a few days) they attract dirt and
the problem comes back. I'd first try a light cleaning.
