You didn't mention where you are located, but I can tell you that I have this "problem" almost every day with my 97 T-5 when it's very humid. My mechanic and I have discussed it for the last three summers, and he's never been able to pull any fault codes that did any good.

I just live with it when it's humid. AC has always worked fine.
