Opinion 850 1997

I have to agree, I've had the ipd chip for six months or so and would not trade it back. I also found that I had a better "warm fuzzy" feeling about not needing to sodder anything to the board (less points of failure). The largest issue you'll find is, with the added torque, your wheelspin increases so you'll "burn-out" the tires as you try to make a left or right hand turn from a stop when you floor it. You will also need to adjust your driving skills to account for the torque-steer from a standstill. A few weeks of driving will cure you of this. My warning is this, once you start with the chip mod, then exhaust, you'll start this insatiable need to buy more and more :).
