In addition to drains discussed in that post I believe the sunroof
has some drains that can clog up (but I don't have any details on this).

Did this occur after it rained or after a car wash? If not, then the
water must be from A/C or the heater core (engine coolant). Any smell to
it like it is engine coolant (or maybe it feels oily)?
