I bought a Yakima roof system. I need it only occassionaly w/ a storage box. The initial install of the bars took some time but re-installation is simple.

Living in TX tinted windows are a must. I got the darkest tint allowed by law. It makes a huge difference. I have a white exterior and taupe interior. I wouldn't be without window tint.

I'm still on the original tires. Michelin MXV (I think). They work fine. I'm not a performance driver. The car has about 40K on it. I'll probably get at least 20K more on the tires before I need new. I'm a Mich. fan so will probably replace w/ Michelin of some kind.
