Ahhhh Carmax heh? I'd be suspicious of the part they used, especially if they just installed a rear O2 sensor. That code means that there's not much difference in the 2 sensors that are monitoring the cats effeciency so it's "possible" that the rear O2 might not be doing its job as it should, especially if THAT code wasn't there before they replaced the O2 sensor.
