Unfortunately, the mom and pop repair shops usually do an inexpensive job but end up cutting corners whcih may cause you headaches down the road.
My suggestion stick with the dealership. Fixing, repairing and selling Volvos is what they do for a living, and if your local Volvo dealership does not have an auto body repair shop, then they will send you to someone who repairs Volvos for a living.
Be sure that your Volvo does not have any frame damage. Insist that the repair shop puts the car on a frame alignment machine to double check!!!
