It seems to be a broken wire??
The electrical part is OK. So there is supposed to be a wire that has to be replaced.
The only things i could find in my Haynes manual was the electrical and the controlarm. I wonder why they left out the mechanics of the windshieldwipers.

Thank you matty for taking your time and responding this fast.

The weekend part is dealed with, I replaced my car with an borrowed S80.
The rain stoped for half an hour so i took my chanses.
