Low end torque 850

I was told by TME that the Volvo 2.3 produces much of it's torque at a low rpm, which stresses the connecting rods. They reccomend 300 hp max in US for that reason. If you improve connecting rods, who knows? Bottom line is the engine is designed for low end power, and not for mods.
