Yes. As to tech manuals, the only "paper manuals available from Volvo are wiring diagrams. Everything else is by PC/CD ROM or on-line subscription. The complete manual for your car from Volvo is aprox $1600 USD!!! I'm told All Data has a more reasonable alternative. If you are interested, the volvo info is at www.volvotechinfo.com
