The drive cycle looks like posted if you have a authomatic. Manual transmission drive cycles are more complex. According to the local, excellent independent, '94s are not going to have the problems that the '96 has. Anyway, the point is that you can
1) Know what to do, as the previous poster obviously does,
2) Pay a dealer or the lone independent in the area who does this (the Beaverton dealer, the Portland dealer, and the Tigard independent)for $200 - $300 dollars, or
3) Spend a day of your valuable time on the phone with Volvo North America arranging to have it done free of charge.
What's going to happen in two years when DEQ comes around again? By then the hope is that there will be such a commotion about the scan tool that has replaced the sniffer, that some new arrangement will have been made.
