Extensive research has been done on so-called "oil additives" like Slick 50, and researchers have found that not only do these products fail to work as advertised, but they can also be a potential source of engine problems. Seems that the Teflon in Slick 50 can clog oil passages and the like and result in accelerated engine wear. DuPont has gone so far as to state that their Teflon products were never designed for use in an internal combustion engine.
Try plugging 'Slick 50' into Google and you'll come up with all kinds of articles that will quickly disuade you from using this junk.
Just stick with regular oil changes with a good quality dino or synthetic oil and Mann filters.
