Yes, thanks very much to Ken, Ron and Moregolf for speaking out of their collective asses. By the way, when I need tales on morality I'll tune into Pat Robertson. I don't need lectures from you three pussies.
Don't lecture me on the law and what is right. If anyone should be responsible for breaking the law, it's VOLVO. This system was designed with inferior products - and because of their incompetence and negligence with the system - they've been responsible for releasing more R134 into the environment than all of the DIYers out there. If you want to bitch, contact Volvo directly.
The evap on my car was replaced once under warranty. It only had 12,000 miles on it. It failed again at 41,000 miles. Of course this was just out of warranty and they refused to replace it. REFUSED! I paid $1100 to have it fixed and this one lasted until 65,000 miles. All the latest parts/upgrades including HEPA have been in place since the first dealer installed evap. It's a joke.
Furthermore, how dare you assume that I wouldn't be aware of the dangers of ALL fluids that are in automobiles. All are extremely toxic to the environment and the worst fluid - so that you three pussies are aware - is gasoline.
Think about that next time you're at the pump.
Happy motoring!
