Why does my AC sound Like a jet engine? S70

I had a simular noise and it was coming from the AC area. However after taking it to dealer it was the motor to the headlight wiper. I first thought it was the fan stuck on then the AC. It was a high jet engine sound simular to what you are speaking of.
