To keep your bevel gear troublefree, make sure that the car always has 4 of the same type tires with the same wear all around. By that I mean that if you ever need 1 or 2 tires (blown, worn, etc), you can't just replace 1 or two tires, you'll need to replace all 4 at the same time. If you ever need to use the spare tire, do read the owners manual on that regarding max amount of miles and vehicle speed because any more than that can and will do damage to the bevel gear. Frequent tire rotation will also help keep all tires evenly worn.
