Identafy dash light S40-V40

What is the light that goes on next to cruise control light,it is a semicircle with 3 horizontal line and 1 verticle line thru them.My guess is a defrost of some kind .I recently bought it (2001 s40 )with no owners manual.

Also how do you set your own radio stations in memory?And delete others.
