Probably rear fog light S40-V40

3 lines horizontal, with vertical slash = rear foglight
3 lines angled down, with vertical slash = front foglights

Rear foglight is a brake-light bright rear light on the driver's side. With OEM wiring, it operates only when headlights are on. Very useful in making your car highly visible in road-mist, rain and fog conditions.
