ABS control module failure is the likely explanation S70

Alrihgt, find me techincal data that states this. turning off TRACTION CONTROL for ACCELERATING should not disable ABS for BRAKING. If it does disable abs, then the switch should sure as hell say something other than TRACS. should say "disable driving aids"

You even said in an earlier post that turning off TRACS does not disable ABS.
