The glue...

I checked 3M's website for adhesives. FOamfast #74 & Foamfast #80 are desigined to adhere to soft foam, and will also adhere to soft vinyl with out harm to either. According to the literature, It comes in an aeresol can, but sprays "like a web". The nozzle is adjustable. #80 is better for hot climate than #74.

A nationwide supply house, R.S. Hughes, stocks it. I'll post another reply after using it.

This might be a great alternative to buying replacement panels!
