Seen that before.............. 850 1994

I'm going to be willing to bet it was the force of a 3500 lb car hitting a concrete barrier rather than overtightening. Just a thought.
Or perhaps the power of capslock.

Cars are generally designed to be safe, but not indestructable. If your wheels are still straight (???) you'll probably need an alignment after you get your a-frames/ball joints and whatever else was broken fixed.
