Tire Recommendations V70-XC70

I'm ready to purchase new tires for my 1998 V70R AWD. I live in Boulder, Colorado and I really don't want to have two sets of tires - one set for summer and another set for winter. I've done some research and have narrowed it down to two brands - Dunlop SP Sport 5000 or the Fulda Assuro. Fulda seems to be a popular tire in Europe and most of the reveiws I've found are positive. Any comments or experience with these tires would be greatly appreciated. I'm replacing Toyo FZ4s 205/55-16.

Other tires considered were the Pirelli P7000 Supersport, Yokohama AVS dB and the Bridgestone Pontenza RE940.
