Thanks for the input.

I had the transmission oil changed in spring, and I ran the shifter between pa nd 1 about 30 times before I left home this am. When I got to my destination about 100 km away I ran the shifter again another 20 times. After the appointment the light went off. I am not sure how long the fix will last but appreciated the input given.

I also checked out volvospeed.com, what a great resource! thanks
