Opinions on Tornado Air

To save gas and increase horsepower, Volvo engineers have added variable
valve timing; went from 4 speed to 5 speed automatics; designed a couple
different turbo setups; added 1 ignition coil per spark plug, etc. If
a simple device like the tornado air worked, they would have done that
first (since it is a lot cheaper). I say skip it.
