Opinions on Tornado Air

Pat Goss of Motorweek tested it on a dyno, two different cars. There was no increase in horsepower noted in either case.
Of course, neither was a Volvo, so there is always a (extremely remote, in my opinion) possibility that it cause you to get whiplash at the traffic light.
You might save some gas, because your wallet will be lighter.
