Both Heated Seats not working 850 1995

Its a nice day out and I did check.. both wires on both seats came out.. I resoldered the wires back in and the seats do warm up abit. Not very hot or anything. I left in on for about 5 minutes or so. I'll check it out on a road trip instead of the driveway to see if actually gets hot.
