climate control acting weird 850

The rec/ac lights dont flash when starting the car. I have left the ac in off postition since the weather is getting cold now.. I havent checked for any codes yet for the climate control.. I often reset the a2 for a fault o2. But I think its a bad airhouse (which I read somewhere else)
I just find the beeping very strange and annoying with the ac/on.
I guess its possible that one of the actuators is broken/misaligned and making the beeping noise.
Thanks for you help. I'll let you know when I find out the codes (If there are any)
