Why I change every 6 months 850 1994

I change them so I always have maximum brightness....I hate it when I can tell they've faded a bit.

To preserve life, I run with my foglights as DRLs, and use the headlamps sparingly.

A friend at Sylvania said if they didn't filter the SilverVision to whiten the color temperature, the output would be 40-50% over stock. Since the filtration increses heat, they have to cut the output some. They're working on trying to create a 4000K halogen that burns at that temperature, without filtration, (Hella and Philips are working on the same project).
