CD Won't eject from SC816. Help!

There is a CD-R in my SC816 radio and it won't play or eject. Any ideas on how to get it out? I don't think it is the microswitch problem mentioned on Bay 13, because it accepted it just fine, but now it won't eject or play the cd.
