You're probably missing the same parts I am. Not really the bumper's air dam but the radiator's splash shield. It comes in two parts, one in front of the lower front portion of the intercooler/condensor/radiator sandwich and one underneath or to the rear. The price sounds like what I was quoted. Mine was missing when I bought the car. The previous owner probably lost it on a parking barrier. I haven't had any problems running w/o it but hear it does protect the components and wiring from low flying rocks, heavy splash etc.
