Just did this job myself. The part that you are referring to is actually known to the dealer as an "air guide". Installation is easy, three metal clips that attach to the air guide on one side and to a ledge on the backside of your painted air damn. Only other attachment is via two bolts with washers that go into the frame. Once you get the air guide into position it will be obvious enough where the two holes for the bolts are. Good luck!
