Keyless Entry Problem 850 1997

I am having the same problem with one of my remotes for a 97 850.
The 2nd one we received with the car works perfectly, so I know it is the remote.
Off of this suggestion I opened my remote up and cleaned somethings
up. Reassembled and the first time I tried it, it still failed to work
(locked the doors when hitting unlock button).
Second time it worked perfectly so my guess is it is still going to
work intermit..
Anybody know if any of the remotes listed for sale on EBAY will work
for the 97? The pictures of the ones for sale do not look the same
as mine. No model listed on my remote but maybe the model number is
in the 850 owners manual. I will have to look.

Anybody have any luck using these on a 97 850?
