Winter Volvo

You must work for a Volvo dealership..!!! First of all, we assumed that the technians would talk to us about this if it didn't need to be changed out because of the musty smell. But, no, we sat there for over 4 hours with no word about this...Second, a filter's purpose is to obsorb and it did with a musty ordor that was hard to be in the car...We were not expecting anything for FREE. It is the principal and how they handled the situation. This is not the only time we have had problems with them. The last time we brought it in for servicing with another warranty issue, we picked it up to find another visible problem that they neglected to notice or tell us about. The sidebag icon was lit up. We had to bring it to their attention and once again leave our car. It was a defective airbag.

I still believe the filter became a problem because of the warranty issue. No, we did not ask the service people but it should have been on the paperwork we received.
