Rough Idle 850 1993

I have a 1993 850 AT with 78000 miles on it I am the original owner, and the car is well maintained. Recently New Plugs, cap and rotor were installed as a pre winter tuneup. Even after this installation the motor still idles rough. The computer shows no fault codes, and there are no warining lights on the dash that indicate trouble.

I have seen some referance to EGR valve cleaning or replacment, is this something to look into, or would a new Oxygen sensor help cure the problem?
