I think you should check it with a stop-watch.....it can be real hard to tell performance from seat of the pants, and I dont see any reason why you would get better performanc with a full tank....when in fact you should get a reduction in performance from the extra weight.....how many pounds is a gallon of gas.....like 8 or so????.....
