Fuel 850

I can't think of anything that would explain this - fuel pressure, or whatever - should be independent of tank level.

There are some other conditions that may cause an apparant power increase. One is cold conditions, when the computer may temporarily allow a richer mixture (that would not be emission-compliant at full operating temperature). Maybe other circumstances are leading you to your conclusion.
